Returns

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods

If your goods have been delivered damaged or faulty, we will issue a refund or send out a replacement after evidence has been sent to us to info@greatglendistillery.co.uk. If goods have been damaged in transit, we need to be notified within 3 days of receipt and the couriers need to be informed the day of delivery. The proof we may ask of is photographic evidence to show the goods broken or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Age Policy

To purchase products from Great Glen Distillery you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. If you place an order with us through our website, you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request a proof of age and/ or decline your order.

It is an offence to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18. Our delivery company might ask for identification for proof of age if they are unsure of the receiver’s age.
